Dropping Out

I chose to analyze an essay about whether students enrolled in college during this generation should drop out.  I was always told I had to get a college education, and was interested in what others thought.

Ultimate Frisbee NCAA sport?

I recently read a blog about whether Ultimate Frisbee should be an NCAA sport or not.  It was more of a discussion between a few people, rather than one person voicing their opinion.  It was mostly people trying to convince others that Ultimate should or shouldn't be an NCAA sport.
I tended to agree with the people that said it shouldn't be because it' such a different kind of sport.  There are no refs, the players call their own fouls, and if they disagree they explain their side to each other.  Some teams don't have actual coaches, rather they have player-coaches. 
I have played mainstream sports, such as basketball, field hockey and softball. Frisbee is nothing like any of these. From the workouts, to the overall atmosphere.  The Frisbee culture is somewhat like an extended family.  All the players get along and include each other in activities on and off the field.
This blog is very informal; mostly people just voicing their opinion to be heard.
